- All orders can not be refunded within 72hours of scheduled delivery or pick up
- All preexisting orders not collected or canceled less than 72 hours of scheduled delivery or pick up will not be able to be refunded or exchanged
WORKING ENVIRONMENT, ALLERGIES AND CROSS CONTAMINATION
- We offer a variety of products that both contain or may contain traces of nuts, gluten, diary, raw fruits and vegetable. Within our working environment we strive to minimise the possible risk of cross contamination following our vigorous cleaning procedures. Due to this risk we are unfortunately unable to fully guarantee the risk of any cross contamination within each product, therefore are not liable for any allergy/condition or potential risk.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
- If chosen delivery please ensure the recipient receiving the goods will be available to receive the order. If the recipient is not home we will either contact the recipient or the individual who purchased the order. If no one is able to receive the goods they will be left in a safe place on the residing address. From this point we are not responsible for any missing, stolen or damaged goods.
- If chosen pick up please ensure that you arrive within your time. If you are running late or unable to arrive within your time please contact us. If we are unable to reschedule your pick up time the goods they will be left in a safe place on the pick up address. From this point we are not responsible for any missing, stolen or damaged goods.
- If Selected the Wrong method of either picking up or delivery your order we will be unable to change this less than 72 hours of scheduled delivery or pick up. If Selected the the wrong method and informed us prior to 72 hours of scheduled order note that fees will apply and have to be made immediately.
